The Flash Shoes

Preowned condition. There is not a size tag that I can find on the shoes. I bought these for myself years back and I am a size 9.5 so it should be around there, I took measurements in the photos and they look roughly that 9.5 size.  Please compare measurements in photos to ensure proper fit as washing can alter or shrink thread size.
