If the order is canceled you will get a full refund (minus transaction costs) within 72 hours/3 working days. The order cannot be canceled if the product is already in production or shipped out. RETURNS & EXCHANGES No Returns/Exchanges will be accepted unless items are damaged, defective or item not received RETURNING DAMAGED /DEFECTIVE ITEMS If you receive an item that is damaged, not the size or design you ordered, or not reasonably consistent with the item listing, you are eligible for a refund or replacement. We?ll get back to you shortly with a confirmation email. REFUNDS Once we receive your item, we'll check it out and notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
