2006 Nike LeBron IV Basketball Shoe Promotional Interactive DVD Disc

This Nike LeBron 4 IV Basketball Shoe Promotional Interactive DVD Disc I believe is from 2006. It does have scratches that any angle of lighting couldn't capture, but it has been tested and is working fine (see photos for proof). I will also include a CD case for this disc.
